The Pines offers 50 one and two-bedroom apartments with private baths and kitchenettes, wall-to-wall carpeting, air conditioning, window treatments, and cable television hook-ups. Monthly rentals include three meals per day, weekly housekeeping, 24-hour security, and scheduled transportation. The Pines also features relaxing lounges on each floor, laundry facilities, and an activity/exercise room.
For an additional fee, residents also have easy access to Bethel's Social & Medical Adult Day Services, which are located in the same building.
